Tsuruki Soba Main Store
Tsuruki Soba Shop was founded by Kihachi Tsuruya in appreciation for visitors to Mt. Hiei, Enryaku-ji, Hiyoshi Taisha, and Saikyo-ji. Ever since it opened in the first year of the Kyoho era roughly 300 years ago, it has continued to make traditional homemade buckwheat noodles. Even today, Tsuruki Soba Shop continues to be loved by its many customers.
